Welcome Home!

Dear all,
Welcome Home! Trust that all of you have a good rest since arriving home. I know I did and I needed a couple of days to 'recover'. And the cooler weather in Singapore certainly helped.

I would like to take this opportunity to announce the following:

1. Clean up at OHF HQ on 27 Mar
We just received notification from OHF and the clean-up is now cancelled as there is not a need to.
We have notified the respective team leaders - Ka Ming and Daniel

2. Photos of the expedition
Jasmine has picked up a DVD containing the photos that I have taken during the expedition. Include in the disc also are photos taken on 10 Jan when we had our pre-expedition activities. Jasmine and her group will organise the compilation and distribution of the photos taken by us.

3. Notice Board
The groups led by Samantha and ZhengYi are responsible for the notice board. Please liaise with Jasmine and prepare to have photos printed for the notice board. We will let you know which 'space' in SB we will be using for our notice board.

4. Group Blogs/Individual postings
We would like each and everyone of you to make your individual posts on your group blogs. Following are a list of questions you may want to use to guide your reflections:
a. Based on your experience in the many activities we organised in Cambodia, what would be a highlight(s) for you? Why? Please elaborate.
b. Were there learning points during your trip? What have you learnt? About yourself, your fellow expedition mate, Cambodia, orphans, etc.
c. The theme of this expedition was 'Challenge your perspectives". Did this happen? Did you have a new insight? Or do you now have a new perspective?
d. Call to action. Do you feel you have contributed at the expedition? Would there be future expeditions for you? What are your plans (related to community service). What does the future hold for you?

5. Our official blog
Ms Lai and myself will be posting on the blog our own reflections. Please look out for it. I will also be updating the blog with photos.

Cheers!
Ben Cho
