Reflection #2 by Ms Lai

I had read all your reflections on the YEP forms. Each of you had become more "Cambodian" that you let your guard down and wrote from the heart :) The reflections were very personal and touching in flavour.

Then I realised that the most significant part of the expedition to me was that I brought 18x more cheer and love in Cambodia through you all ! I feel truly blessed ! Mr Ben and I would not have been able to reach out to so many HVPV children, villagers, orphanage children, and OHF staff with a smile or a soap. With the exception of Srey Nich, I wished I had touched each HVPV child personally... But through you all I did 18x more!

My biggest regret was that I should have started earlier in bringing more students on YEP expeditions. Now that I'm 28+++ years old, the spirit is willing but the flesh is not. I will continue to do my part in Singapore.

It is my prayer that you all will stay healthy and continue to magnify the giving to society. Spread your smile to where your heart brings you.
