Penalty for latecomers

Dear all,
As discussed at our meeting on 9 Jan 2010, please note the 'penalty' for late comers:
For every minute that you are late, USD1 will be levied on late comers. Reference will be the digital clock on Mr. Cho's iphone.
Please note that the penalty is non-negotiable and there is no cap to it.
The money pooled (from late-comers) will go towards providing food/drinks for the entire YEP group. No refund will be given. Any excess (at the end of the trip) will be donated to OHF.

Change to our flight schedule

Dear all,

We have just spoken to our air-ticketing agent. We have been informed that she has difficulties booking the return leg of our flights home (to Singapore) on 17 Mar 2010. That flight on 17th Mar is fully booked.

However, she has suggested that we 'shift' our travel dates by 1 day. That is, moving it from 6th to 17th Mar to from 7th to 18th Mar 2010. Two reasons for this:
1. Availability of seats on 7th and 18th Mar.
2. Even lower fares on those dates (on SilkAir).

Please let me know if the above change to our schedule is acceptable to you by tomorrow 14 Jan 12noon.

Cut-off date

Dear all,
Please note that the cut-off date for Operation Cambodia has been moved from 15 Jan to 13 Jan 2010. This is to take advantage of cheaper airfares if we book/pay for the tickets earlier (by 13 Jan).
We seek your kind understanding on this matter. Please note that there will NOT be any refund if you cancel your trip after 13 Jan 2010.
